Schedule for the Week

Mon: OFF
Tues: 2:30-5
Wed: OFF
Thurs: 2:30-5
Fri: 2:30-5

Starting this week we switch gears into off-season conditioning mode.  Any player that fails to make 85% of the workouts between now and Feb 15th tryouts will be in jeopardy of not making the team.

If it's important, make it a priority.
